Linda Hamilton Terminator 4 Role
There has been a lot of talk about Linda Hamilton and Terminator Salvation and today comes word that the role is still being worked out. Many months ago we told you that McG was keen on bringing her back for Terminator Salvation but at the time Linda Hamilton had denied any involvement and said she has not been approached.
Today comes word that they have approached her now and she is just waiting to see how it all pans out. The word is that she will provide a voice over but not likely it seems to actually appear in the film in any fashion. It would be nice to see her come back especially when you consider she is much older and could pull off a role playing herself in the future. Assuming of course it all works into McG’s timeline.
The idea McG was bouncing around months ago was to have Sarah Connor do a voiceover to open the movie, recapping the first three movies for everyone.
Will Linda Hamilton Be Back for Terminator Salvation?
There’s been a lot of rumors about the return of the “Governator” Arnold Schwarzenegger for McG’s upcoming Terminator Salvation, and while McG remained mum about whether these rumors were true at a special Terminator Salvation roadshow event on Monday night, ComingSoon.net did see some cool footage and learned a lot about the plot and the direction for the upcoming franchise relaunch.
Sarah Conner Terminator 4 Update
A week ago we told you that Linda Hamilton was going to reprise her role in the upcoming Terminator Salvation movie. Pause.com said they had spoken to a Warner Brothers rep who said she was signed to do cameos in various flash back sequences in a three picture deal. Well unfortunately that has been firmly debunked. TheArnoldFans asked Linda Hamiltons Agent who denied the whole thing.
For me I thought flash backs with Linda Hamilton showing John Conner how to be the warrior of the future with some tough love would have really setup McG’s new picture and add some real value to the project. Its pretty safe to say that this late in the game she wont be at the very least in Terminator Salvation. Terminator 5 and 6? Maybe. Other then Arnold having a cameo which we already know is not happening Linda Hamilton as Sarah Conner is the only other cameo I would want.
