This sequel to Neil Marshall’s surprise shocker of 2006 promises to make audiences scream as much as its predecessor did. Beginning just moments after the end of the previous film, THE DESCENT 2 follows a rescue mission to save a group of female spelunkers who disappeared in the Appalachian Mountains. A sole survivor, Sarah (Shauna MacDonald) comes out of the caves, but a local sheriff makes her go back into the dark to aid in the search. This time around, Jon Harris, the editor of THE DESCENT, is at the helm.

Check out these 2 cool posters for the remake of Friday the 13th. I have been skeptical about this movie but I might just give it a chance. Maybe they can win me over if they do this right. And from the looks of these posters, they are attempting to do it right.

On Friday, June 13, 1958, two Camp Crystal Lake counselors slip away from the campfire gathering of friends for an illicit rendezvous, where they are discovered and murdered by an unseen assailant. More than two decades later, the refurbished camp is preparing to reopen. The town loon warns that “Camp Blood,” as he calls it, has a death curse, but the caretaker and his young counselors ignore the mysterious lore, only to be gruesomely murdered by Pamela Voorhees, a woman whose young son, Jason, drowned in 1957. Only one counselor would survive to tell the tale of their 24-hour nightmare of terror that shocked and horrified audiences in the 1980 film “Friday the 13th.”

DEAD AIR has been a long time coming, as we’ve been writing about the Corbin Bernson film for about almost two years now. While I’d love to report that it has a solid release date, I cannot - but I can give you a peek at a fresh teaser poster for the flick, which was given to us by screenwriter Ken Yakkel.

DEAD AIR is about Logan Burnhardt, a controversial radio DJ who broadcasts reports of mass panic and destruction after the unleashing of poisonous gases on the nation’s populace… It stars Bill Moseley, David Moscow, Corbin Bernsen, Patricia Tallman, Anthony Ray Parker, Joshua Feinman, and Navid Negahban.
