H2 is an upcoming 2009 film, and sequel to the 2007 remake of Halloween (1978). Rob Zombie returns to write and direct the sequel, having helmed the 2007 remake. The film sees the return of lead cast members Malcolm McDowell, Scout Taylor-Compton, and Tyler Mane, who portrayed Dr. Loomis, Laurie Strode, and Michael Myers in the 2007 film, respectively. The film is scheduled for release on August 28, 2009.
