Bobbi Sue Luther in Night of the Demons

            

Traveling around the globe, BOBBI SUE LUTHER has left her roots in Maryland and has established her career in Hollywood. After just three short years, she has already taken Tinsel town by storm. Due in part to her extensive hosting resume, Bobbi hast just been named MAXIM ONLINE’S official host where she will help the over 3 million viewers that visit MAXIM ONLINE each day, to navigate their brand new multi media site. Bobbi is no stranger to the Maxim Family. She recently has a 4 page spread in the worldwide famous magazine as well as appeared in their calendar. Bobbi also recently reprised the sexy green Orion slave woman, on STAR TREK ENTERPRISE, a character brought back from the original STAR TREK series, the first to play one of the most famous characters of all time in 30 years. Bobbi also guest stared on HBO Emmy award winning show CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. For Bobbi’s European fans, she is the campaign girl for LYNX BODY SPRAY, a brand that is called the Bond Film of Advertising.

Bobbi just wrapped filming of 3 feature films already in 2006 and is slated to begin filming of a 4th at the end of May. Of those films, Killer Pad directed by Robert Englund is proving to become a comedy hit as well as Parental Guidance Suggested, where Bobbi costars beside Frankie Muniz, Ryan Pinkston, Mathew Lillard and Jamie Kennedy.

Armed with her stepfather’s knowledge of cars and a keen knack for all things mechanical, Bobbi Sue was a perfect match for her role hosting TLC’s (The Learning Channel) JUNKYARD MEGA WARS. With JUNKYARD WARS being shown all over the world, Bobbi has made herself an internationally recognizable face in the hosting world.

Before Bobbi’s television hosting debut, she was a Dean’s List student at The University of Maryland - College Park. She was fortunate enough to receive a full academic and athletic scholarship due to her smart wits and tennis hits. In college she was repeatedly urged to try the world of modeling and acting, but Bobbi decided to focus her attention on her studies and the court. But she never forgot the encouragement she had received.  In 2002, after her final year at College Park, Bobbi finally decided to take that advice and made her move to the West Coast.

Bobbi’s blood is no stranger to the world of show business. Her grandparents, great grandparents and beyond were all members of one of the most famous Vaudeville acts of all time, the Kelley Family. Her great- grandmother, Babe Kelley, was the world champion tap dancer for many years at the turn of the century performing alongside the likes of Buster Keaton and the Marx Brothers.

After a few shorts months in Los Angeles, Bobbi began booking TV commercials and appearances, including a starring role in a commercial spoof of “THE PRACTICE” that aired during the Super Bowl, a GEICO commercial, a role in an EMINEM video, and an appearance on ABC’s JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE. Not to mention, she lent a hand with her acting experience in commercials for REEBOK, and SCHICK, NOKIA and her face for campaigns for LYNX BODY SPRAY , and numerous clothing lines.

If Bobbi’s face (and more) seems familiar, it may be the recent appearances in numerous layouts in Maxim, Playboy, Stuff Magazine, FHM magazine for almost every country in the world, Loaded Magazine (UK), Nuts, Zoo, as well as GQ, Splat, Ocean Drive, Celebrity Car, and Seventeen Magazine — not to mention the covers of magazines like Max Muscle, Iron Man, Star trek magazine, Player, Beverly Hills 213 and Steppin’ Out Magazine, just to name a few.

Bobbi’s movie credits include DEUCE BIGALO: EUROPEAN GIGALO, COME AS YOU ARE, and the skater flick THE GRIND, and she can also be seen in television specials for E! Entertainment, VH1, G4techTV, Spike, Much Music, Spike TV, WWE, and Fox Sports Network. Most recently Bobbi has been utilizing her hosting skills on shows like HDTV’s hot new show Bikini Destinations, as well as Poor Man’s Bikini beach and a show for Bennett Productions called Girls Fight Club.

Bobbi currently resides in Los Angeles where she juggles her time between swimming, horseback riding (Western and English), hiking, practicing martial arts, and finessing her love for cooking (at one time, Bobbi was a Sous Chef). To top it off, Bobbi is a certified trained firefighter and hazardous materials handler. In addition to all these activities, Bobbi Has owned, designed and distributed her own clothing line and in 2007 will be launching her very own fine jewelry line.
