RE: Degeneration Synopsis & Website
While the studios are still busy mulling about on Resident Evil 4 we can enjoy the CG film they have been working on Resident Evil: Degeneration. The trailer has been online for quite some time ( watch it right here ) but we haven’t had a proper synopsis for the film yet. Well Sony took care of that by opening up the official website.
The “Umbrella Incident” that took place in Raccoon City was ended with the eradication of the deadly virus by a missile attack ordered by the government. As its operations were suspended on a global scale, Umbrella Corporation stock plummeted. This serious blow to the business giant resulted in its complete dissolution.
7 years later, at an airport somewhere in the United States. An ordinary autumn afternoon. One zombie is unleashed into this peaceful scene to attack everyone. In the airport starting to fill up with the undead, the horrific disaster is about to be repeat itself…
If you just so happen to be going to Comic Con you will be able to check out a brand new trailer for the film. The panel begins on Friday, July 25th from 1-2 PM in Room 2. You can check out the official site for production notes and other goodies.
