From IO9 comes some production art and a synopsis for a new fox movie that sounds simply bad ass called Wynter Dark. Set 800 years in the future, in a world gripped by a devastating ice age, the Kingdom of New York is besieged by the Kindom of London and the Empire of Neo Tokyo in a bitter battle for freedom. Don’t know when they will start filming.

Most of you know I am a sucker for just about any apocalyptic tale so I will be hot and heavy for more on this one. The words ‘kingdom’ in reference to New York / England / Tokyo makes me wonder what sort of angle the movie is taking.
