New Distributor For Trick ‘r Treat?
Last year Warner Bros. was all set to release Michael Dougherty’s Trick ‘r Treat in October. For some reason however out of nowhere Warner Bros. yanked the film completly off of their schedule. An odd move that angered alot of fans who had made it one of their most anticipated films of the year.
It is now 2008 and still we have heard no word on what is happening. Moviehole recently spoke with Dougherty and he told them, “The struggle continues. There’s interest from another distributor so negotiations have begun. Keep your severed fingers crossed!”
So Warner Bros. had completly dropped the film and hopefully now we can see some movement. Now all we need is for the deal to be wrapped up soon so we can see this one when it should be seen around Halloween. Keep it here for more information when we hear it.
