Vin Diesel’s long gestating Babylon AD (trailer below) will finally be hitting Theatres Aug 29th 2008. Vin Diesel plays a mercenary who agrees to help escort a woman from Russia to Germany. The woman it turns out is the host for a new organism that a deranged cult wants to get their hands on to turn into a genetically modified Messiah. This movie is based on the novel Babylon Babies written by french rocker turned writer Maurice G. Dantec.
