Saw V is Gonna Get Good
Lionsgate has just informed us that Meagan Good (One Missed Call) has joined the cast of Saw V. Apparently she is going to be playing the role of Luba, a city planner who comes from a very wealthy family. That doesn’t really say much of what her actual character will have to do with the movie but I guess it’s better than nothing.
David Hackl is jumping on to helm this project this time around from a script written by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. We really don’t have a confirmed plot at this point but awhile back a plot turned up on IMDB Pro and that is all we have to go on. It hasn’t been confirmed so this could just be something to throw everyone off the trail.
John Kramer has been confirmed dead, and Hoffman, who admires Jigsaw’s work is hunted and captured by the sadistic apprentice, currently unknown. Agent Perez, who is in critical condition, is suddenly missing, and awakes to find herself at the beginning of the apprentice’s new work.
Perez is told she has limited time to live without medication to find Hoffman, the man who caused her to be hospitalized. Fulfilling her task, Perez confronts dreadful fears in which she couldn’t even imagine, that of which include meeting her missing partner, Strahm, who has suffered from Hoffman’s acts as well, but in another drastic manner.
