Burtons Alice in Wonderland To Shoot this Spring
One of our ‘insiders’ scooped us a month or two ago that Tim Burton would be directing Alice in Wonderland. Well today studio production charts prove the scooper to be right. Tim Burtons take on Alice in Wonderland will begin shooting in the spring. Apparently this movie will be a mix of animation and live action which should be interseting but its still not 100% clear whether it will be dark or light and fluffy but considering who is directing… it wont be a Disney movie.
Alice in Wonderland done as a horror movie would be damn cool but I am not sure if the idea would sell at all or do well with mainstream audiences. RayXDoll one of the community members has pointed out there is a french horror novel based on Alice in Wonderland so it could very feasibly be a source for a horror movie based on Alice.
