Director Tobe Hoopers follow up to Texas Chainsaw Massarce lacked some of the luster that his freshman film had, but Neville Brands villian “Judd” was as weird and creepy as they come!  Easily one of the most “out there” slasher movie villians i have ever seen, and he gave a pretty good performance.
